Thursday 29th Jul 2010, 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Hartwell and District Conservative Club

This event is organised by Hartwell and District Conservative Club

A Special General Meeting to discuss changes in rules

The purpose of this meeting is to approve new rules for the Club.  The current rules are now out of date and, in some cases, do not comply with current legislation  particularly the lisencing act of 2003.

The Committee have approved the new rules and now seek members approval.  A copy of the new rules are on the Club Notice Board.

All members are requested to attend.

Sorry d_g - I don't actually have access to a computer copy of the rules.

Belle Starr - Unfortunately we had to postpone the last quiz as only 8 people turned up - we were just waiting for someone to ask when the next one is! I will get back to you ASAP!

Can you email the new rules to phil@hartwellvillage.com so I can post them on the website?
