Next edition Spring 2012:
The next edition of Hartbeat is due for circulation in the early summer 2012 the deadline dates will be published in the new year.
Advertisers TIPS:
•Hartbeat will be distributed at the beginning of [dates to be confirmed] therefore please ensure that any special offers or promotions you are promoting are relevant and validity clearly marked.
•Adverts copy better to print when they are emailed to the Clerk rather than a hard copy which has to be scanned into the final document.
•It is very important that, in order to look at its best, your original artwork is sent in a HIGH RESOLUTION – PRINT READY format. Occasionally adverts need to be resized slightly in order for them to fit on the page if the quality of the original is high then these alterations should have little effect on the final print.
•Hartwell Parish Council are not responsible for making adjustments or corrections to your advert, we are not liable for any mistakes in the final print. Please check and double check before you send!

If you are involved in a local group or have an informative article regarding something affecting/happening in the village please send to the Parish Clerk.

•If your group/club has a logo include it with your submission, the Parish Clerk endeavours to add pictures/clip art to make the format more eye catching however it is always nice to have original logos/pictures.
Village Directory:
Please send details of the contact person to be included in the Village Directory. This must include your group name, contact persons name, their telephone number and their email address. By submitting these details you are agreeing to them being shared with other sources upon request, however all other contact details will not be shared by Hartwell Parish Council without first seeking permission.
Events Diary:
We no longer include an events diary due to a heavy decline in submissions for this section so please ensure any events are clearly marked in your article, you may also want to consider putting them on the village website if you do not already do so please see www.hartwellvillage.com for further details.
