Reporting Highways Faults - How to report a highways fault:

Whether it be a pot hold, a blocked drain, a hazardous pavement or other highways fault you can report your problem to the County Council's Street Doctor Service in the following ways:

Online - www.northamptonshire.gov.uk

When you report a fault via the website you will be asked to fill in a few details to help the Street Doctor locate the problem.  You will then receive a unique reference number which you can use to check on the progress of your report.  If the problem you want to report is either an emergency or require urgent attention telephone 0845 601 113, do not use the online service.

Call - 0845 601 1113

Trained staff will take down details and will let you know what you can expect to happen next.  You can use this local rate number for general highways enquiries.

Write - The Street Doctor, Sustainable Transport. Northamptonshire County Council.

Riverside House. Riverside Way. Bedford Road
