Application going to appeal

This news relates to Hartwell Parish Council

Forest Road

Appeal against refusal of planning permission for part demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two dwellings & carports alterations to existing access & formation of car space at 66 Forest Road Hartwell.

The above has appealed to the Secretary of State following decesion of SNC as the Local Planning Authority to refuse planning permission.

The Inspector will decide the appeal by means of an exchange of written statements.  Any comments already made at application stage will be forwarded to the Planning INspectorate and the appellant and will be taken into account by the Inspector in deciding the appeal.  If you wish to withdraw or modify your earlier comments in any way you should write to Robert Nash, The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/22 Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN before 24th January 2011 quoting reference APP/Z2830/A/10/2141873/NWF.

Alternatively if you have not previously submitted any comments regarding the appeal and wish to do so please send them to the Planning Inspectorate.  The Inspector will visit the site before making a decesion.  If you wish the Inspector to view the site from a particular viewpoint you must request this in your letter.

The Planning Inspectorate will not acknowledge your letters unless you specifically ask them to do so.  Please ensure that the Planning Inspectorate receives 3 copies of any representations.

A booklet 'Guide to taking part in planning appeals proceeding by written representations' is available free of charge from the Council Offices or on the Councils website or at www.planningportal.gov.uk.  The Decesion will be published on the planning portal.
