Hartwell Parish Council publish a newsletter twice a year to every house in Hartwell, Hartbeat is a great way to locally advertise your services.  If you would like to include an advert please find all the details you need below.

The next edition of Hartbeat is due and the deadline for submissions is Friday, 21^st October 2011.  No adverts submitted after this date will be included unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Parish Clerk.

TIPS:

• Hartbeat will be distributed at the beginning of December 2011 therefore please ensure that any special events/offers you are promoting are relevant. 
• Pictures copy better to print when they are emailed to the Clerk rather than a hard copy which has to be scanned into the final document.  
• The final print is in black & white so please do not spend a lot of time and effort using colour.
• It is very important that, in order to look at its best, your original artwork is sent in a HIGH RESOLUTION – PRINT READY format.  Occasionally photographs/pictures need to be resized or moved in order for them to fit on the page with your article if the quality of the original is high then these alterations should have little effect on the final print.
• Hartwell Parish Council are not responsible for making adjustments or corrections to your article, although it is proof read by the Clerk during production and again by the Council prior to it going to print we are not liable for any mistakes in the final print. Please check and double check before you send!

Costs:

• Full page £30.00
• Half page £17.50
• Quarter page £12.50
• Repeat advertisers receive a 10% discount.
• Do not send any money now; you will be invoiced following the final print.  Payment by cheque only please.

Approximate sizes for adverts are as follows: (The Parish Council reserves the right to alter adverts as necessary)

• Full page – Height 20cm x Width 14cm
• Half page – Height 9cm x Width 14cm
• Quarter page – Height 6cm x Height 9cm
