Mi kids will have outgrown any of the options they voted for before the money is spent - or we will lose the money if we leave it too long.
I believe that the money hasn't been spent as the youths of Hartwell haven't said what they want it spent on. I know that Mr B (Parilia) is very keen to get this money spent - he is the man to speak to.

I am not sure about why a new play area would be wanted on the new development (indicated in one of the comments as there was one on original plan but not on this 2nd one)- money would be better spent impriving the one at the community centre first rather than a 2nd area to maintain.

I'm not sure if this will be noted by anyone, or if indeed anyone cares, but a point mentioned on the minutes by Cllr Norman Goss in relation to the School Lane development, is incorrect - there were in fact 3 and 2 bed houses available for private sale on Cross's Grange. Indeed I bought one of the former.
