School Lane development land now up for sale

The land next to the school which recently received planning development for 36 new houses is up for sale
The five acre greenfield site next to the school, at the bottom of School Lane, which recently received planning permission in principle for 36 new houses is up for sale on Rightmove.
The particulars of sale detail the developer contributions and conditions required for such a development:
- 40% affordable housing (75% social rented and 25% intermediate)
- Contribution to provide additional school places at Hartwell Primary School.
- Contribution to improve library facilities
- Community Centre improvements up to £25,000
- Set up and provide funds for a managed Wildlife Reserve area
- Plant and fence rear boundary with gated agricultural access
- Upgrade School Lane, the bridleway and traffic access to Community Centre
- Upgrade existing foul sewer
- Construct storm water drainage to existing or new pond or watercourse.
Also "mains water, electricity and gas are understood to be available, but interested parties should make their own enquiries of the service providers".
The land can be yours for £2.5M
